Iris Smart Hub Set Up Instructions

Find Iris products at This is the Iris hub, which is the heart of the system and will need to be set up first before you install any other devices. To do this visit for step by step instructions. Once on the site, you can begin to set up your account with the 6 digit number on the back of your hub. Like any other devices, place the hub in a central location so that it has good reach with all products. To install, first plug the provided Ethernet cable into the WiFi router, followed by the power cord. It is important to do this in this order. Next you can begin to pair any device that is compatible with Iris. The three blinking lights on the hub all have different functions. The red signals that there is an error, an unregistered signal or that the internet is disconnected. Yellow means that the Iris hub is working, but needs attention. Finally the green flashing light means that the device is in pairing mode, while a solid green light means that the device is in perfect working condition.
